Leveraging high-strength materials and advanced design principles, the unit's vibration has been minimized to the greatest extent possible. The adoption of advanced noise-reduction measures and equipment has lowered the unit's noise levels by 15 to 35 dB(A), ensuring silent operation and thereby preventing any disruption to people's daily lives and work.
By applying anti-vibration installation technologies, the generator set's vibration is effectively controlled; this not only reduces noise levels but also significantly extends the unit's service life.

Reliable

The generator set is powered by engines from manufacturers such as Cummins and Perkins, characterized by high power output and substantial torque; it offers rapid startup capabilities and is easy to maintain and operate. The generator component features units from brands such as Stamford and Leroy-Somer, boasting Class H insulation and an IP23 protection rating (with NEMA 1 available as an option); it can also be equipped with an Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR). An exceptional cooling system ensures effective noise reduction without compromising the generator set's output performance in any way.

It is widely suitable for use in a diverse range of demanding operating environments, including deserts, mining sites, and construction zones.

Safe

The design, manufacturing, and testing of the generator set fully comply with both Chinese national standards and European CE safety standards. The unit is equipped with a monitoring system and an emergency shutdown system, complemented by LED warning lights, ensuring durable performance and reliable operation. When the emergency shutdown system is activated, a safety cutoff circuit is automatically engaged to eliminate any potential risk of electric shock during the unit's restart process. External wiring terminals are conveniently located at the base of the unit, featuring excellent water and dust resistance.
